Exclusive Business Outsourcing Agreement
Exclusive Business Outsourcing Agreement (motor stamping business segment) will be entered into between Amba Enterprises Limited and Kapsons Industries Private Limited for a period of 4 years.
A prosperous empire since 1981, Kapsons is an outstanding pioneer in manufacturing & supplying die-cast automobile & electrical components, all over India. A firm with strong endurance, Kapsons Industries operates from Jalandhar with two eco-friendly gargantuan units.
This agreement is expected to significantly enhance the Company's business capacity, with an estimated 4 to 5 times increase, and contribute to a substantial improvement in turnover and financial position in the coming years.

Competition:- AEL operates in a competitive environment with a large no. of organized and unorganized steel players operating in the market.
Profitability:- For the company, steel is the primary input material. Hence, any fluctuations in the steel prices would have a direct bearing on its turnover and profitability.
